complex emerging markets, such as India, Costa Rica, the Dominican
Republic, the Philippines, Russia and China. My clients include

Business is all about relationships, and I value building and maintaining lasting connections with my clients. I invest the time to get to know them -- both on a personal and a business level. For
companies without a legal department, I offer part-time
in-house counsel arrangements (general counsel services). General
counsel services are a great economic value for companies with a regular
volume of legal matters who do not necessarily have the need for a full-time attorney.
