For companies with an existing in-house legal staff, we add affordable flexibility to legal staffing with no increase in employee headcount.

The following are sample general counsel fee structures for clients with regular in-house legal needs. The fee structure for a typical general counsel arrangement is offered at a significant discount off our normal hourly fees. Additional fee structures are available depending on your specific requirements, so please ask us about them. In-house assistance is also available on a project-by-project basis.

1 Hour of Monthly Support: $135 with a 6-month commitment*

*Under each plan above, fees are payable semiannually in advance and additional time is billed at $195 per hour. General Counsel Services are subject to the terms of our General Counsel Services Engagement Agreement.
