Example of flat fee arrangements:

  • Free initial consultation
  • Single member Georgia limited liability company (LLC) - Flat fee of $500 (plus filing fees)
  • Multi-member Georgia limited liability company (LLC) (up to 5 members) - Flat fee of $1,000 - $1,500 depending on complexity (plus filing fees)
  • Single-shareholder Georgia corporation - Flat fee of $500 (plus filing fees)
  • Multi-shareholder Georgia corporation (up to 5 shareholders) - Flat fee of $1,000 - $1,500 depending on complexity (plus filing fees)
  • Business Contract Review & Comment (less than 10 pages) - Flat Fee of $500
  • Simple Last Will & Testament with Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare - Flat Fee of $500

Billable hourly rates:

Unless we have a fixed fee arrangement with you regarding a specific matter, we will bill for our services on a hourly basis. Our current billable hourly rate is $225 per hour.
